24/7 Tire Repair NYC

Not 24/7 At all. Sitting in the driveway at 10:43pm and not one person in sight!!!!!! Can't stand when places have 24/7 as an advertisement and you drive all the way there and no one is there!!! Response to business. Unfortunately, the way your business is conducted wasn't clear when I searched for a 24/7 tire repair shop. I called twice and there was no answer. So unsure how to make an appointment when the phone wasnt answered, giving grace because it was a friday night. Either way I was inconvenienced. It would be helpful if some how customers especially first time customers could have this information A disclaimer would help greatly. The last thing I wanted to do was show up to a storefront with uncertainty, but we have to do what we have to do in emergencies.

It was midnight and I had a big screw in my front right tire. I knew if I had waited it’d be flat by morning, especially if the screw came out. Called them up around 12am and they told me to come on over and they’ll fix it. I rushed over and they fixed it on the spot. Super nice, attentive, quick, and reasonable with price. Thank you!!!

Saved me in a bind my tire had a flat and was leaking fast. I was in the gas station next door and one of the employees noticed me and told me to pull into the shop so they can fix it. It was a great service.

On Saturday morning at 12 AM I pulled in for service on my tire that blew out I was greeted by a very nasty gentleman. I was first told that the service was 110 and then after he did the service , he told me it’s an extra 10% for Zelle. He initially never told me that so I asked him why I was paying an extra 10% for Zelle. Especially since Zelle does not charge to transfer money over Then another gentleman came and I use the word gentleman very lightly and told me that they charge an extra $10 on top of what I was already going to be paying for a disposal of the tire. Not only were both of them extremely abrasive he cursed at me and talk to me in such a manner that I could not believe. Multiple times, he threatened to take the tire that they had just placed off of my car because I told him it was unfair to charge me an extra 10% for Zelle when again Zelle does not charge a service fee. In the past two weeks, I’ve had three tires replaced at various locations and I was never serviced in a nasty or rude way until coming to this business.

Literally fixed my tire with a nail in it in 5 minutes and the people working where so sweet
