Came here a couple months ago for a transmission service. Alex and his team took care of my car extremely well. Returned here for brake services this time and he delivered quality work again with highly skilled labor and full transparency on the issues of the car. He is honest and loyal to his customers and never makes up any reason to get you paying for unnecessary repairs. His pricing is also very reasonable in this economy. I always leave his shop satisfied whenever I visit. 10/10 definitely recommend

I had a tire patched due to a nail, but about a week later the same tire went flat again. When I returned, they found another nail and repaired it. While the repeat visit was inconvenient, the shop addressed the problem and explained the situation. Service was courteous, though I wish the initial visit had included a more thorough check.

I can't say enough good things about A-Carr Auto Shop in Hempstead! My car was giving me nonstop headaches-dash lights on, ABS pump running, battery acting up-but these guys had it fixed perfectly. I didn't have to lift the hood once, and it's running like new. I also had issues with the starter they fixed it right away. I’m very satisfied with the work they did on my car. They're professional, honest, and truly know their stuff. I'm going back for my inspection and brakes, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Highly recommend!
