Worst shop ever stay away, redz is a scammer and a liar, i did my crankhub for my S55 engine and engine valvetronic actuator with genuine bmw OEM parts like “PROMISED AND AGREED”, a week later the car rough idling when i picked it up i asked why? they lied and said “its InLine 6 they always rough idle” but my engine was never rough idling, they tried to blame it on the mileage but mileage doesn’t matter if its always maintained, they tried to say “its temporary” but how?, they tried to cut corners, they told me “its programing fault”. I drive it home then on my way engine check light pops up. I take it back the car stays there for a week and they tell me they changed the valvetronic actuator but they didn’t DO IT they just erased the codes. So i gave up and took it to another shop i found out that MR REDZ was literally using aftermarket cheap parts!!! Also they broke my diffuser, they left the trunk messy and the battery uncovered, the engine bay messy wires everywhere also the hood latch wire melted, and they broke my kidney grill inlets. They are liars and they cut corners and they do not care about your vehicles. Do not go here for the sake of you POCKETS and your CARS take it somewhere else this is the worst experience ever in my life i paid $4200 just to get my car ruined i wish i could give this shop zero stars they are CROOKS be careful who you do business with. I will list all the pictures with proof.

I tried Redz Shop because of good reviews, and boy the reviews are right! Redz shop is one of the best! The scheduling is top notch, spot on time. I scheduled for full exhaust installment in the morning and it went smooth from beginning to end. They work fast! I met the owner Red who is kind and friendly. He also gave me a discount which is nice. I will come back again for more modification. Business is good! 5 star experience

My experience at Redz Shop was phenomenal to say the least. I had a 9am appointment on a Saturday and they promptly took my car in right on time. They have a nice waiting room equipped with various things to watch like Netflix while you wait. The Shop reflects the quality work you receive as the inside is very well maintained and clean. The mechanics/techs there seem very experienced and knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on and they diagnosed some faulty tie rods I had that prevented / made it very difficult to get an alignment. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my car enthusiast friends and family / friends for any type of work. Definitely bringing my vehicle back when I need to get work done.

Redz is hands down one of the best mechanics around. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. He explained everything clearly and had my car fixed in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back!
