I had an amazing experience with Intrack Auto! The service I received was truly phenomenal. They helped me with a replacement tire, repaired a bent rim, and completed my auto inspection with professionalism and care. Vern and Terrance were outstanding — they were personal, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. The quality of service, attention to detail, and reasonable cost really stood out. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Intrack Auto and will definitely be returning for my future automotive needs!

They worked on my bmw x5 f85, the did amazing job. Very honest compared to others ive been! Their wheel alignment specialist is top notch AAA+. They are the best!!!

Last time i was here weird shit was happening. The wheel mounters have 0 accountability. Soon as i got there og wheel mounter told helper to be extra careful with the wheels. He must have not liked that…After over an hour of waiting. Got through 2 wheels and all of a sudden im missing a stem from my TPMS set. I ordered 4 of everything for the install from tpms.com Went to buy the stem/settle up with original wheel mounter to the cashier. $180 (160 mounting 20 stem) He told me to go but i knew I brought everything and accounted for everything perfectly. Should have left him there to watch my wheels but he wasnt able to say stem was missing. So we walked over and shit was not how we left it. Come back to a 3rd wheel mounted and the hub being scratched lol someone wanted to experience the Fi-R EVO first hand. But they obviously didnt use the wheel lift. My Citrine Gold finish was scratched off on the inside of the wheel, super bummer. Dude noticed i noticed and said put the wheel cap on lol. Also magically 2 of my BBS haircaps were misplaced which also was blamed on someone who was no longer there (my lil bro). This other helper dude tried giving me some Audi haircaps smdh My advice, watch your things and do not lay them out. Hand things off one by one and be over their shoulders like a hawk! Anything is possible!!

Ever since I had my first car I’ve been visiting intrack, they’re professional, helpful and they know their stuff. They do amazing quality work from powder coating, wheel alignments, balancing wheels, tire repairs and mounting new tires, to now auto repair. They show great attention to detail and honestly they’re the only people I trust with wheels when I purchase them to put them on or take them off. I’ve never left intrack unsatisfied, they’re pay attention to the things that matter and that’s you and your investment no matter how big or how small. Recently I had a train spike put a hole in my tire, I was in an area where no one wanted to touch my wheels because of the risk of damage , so I plugged it and drove 30 miles to intrack just to get the wheel taken care of the right way, and they did just that. Thank you guys for always looking out, your hard work and dedication and doing your best to make sure everyone gets on the road safe!

Had a great experience with Terrence and all the workers that assisted in installing my camber arm kit, wheels and doing my alignment. The fitment was perfect and I would highly recommend them to anyone with mechanical needs. Punctual. Respectful. Great customer service. 10/10
