Hempstead Lincoln Service

Awful place! On Google map they have 3 different names for the same place! I had issues there twice. Once was a racial attack made on my girlfriend by one employees and the second time, they made me come from Queens just to deny me service unless I leave my car there overnight... The owner gave me a phone number and email of a manager who just ignored all my calls and emails. This place is a mess!

Called this morning wanna schedule a recall service for my 2023 aviator, and they refused to provide a loaner for me and said because I my vehicle was not purchased from Hempstead Lincoln, what do you think?

Unprofessional and extreme lack of communication. Try calling the service line for yourself and see if anyone picks up, they don't. I left my car there for service and didn't get any updates after 8 hours. I had to call the parts department and have them walk over to the service rep in order to get a response. I rely on my car to get to work and they didnt have the decency to tell me it needed to stay overnight when previously telling me to come pick it up at end of day. I had to call to find out it was ready for pick up, I will never come back.

Very efficient staff, very clean premises, very nice atmosphere all around excellence. Wouldn't go any place else in NY to receive service for my Ford Flex.

Terrible terrible service, they don't take appointment for my Lincoln corsair 2020. Once I called main line and transfer to service department they kept transferring me and drop the line. Keysha from servicing department even made up random names just don't want to take the service appointment. I don't get it, this is so not professional.
