If I could I would give 0 stars, terrible service, the mechanic Steve is the worst, he disappears every day and never answers your calls or messages, I left my car to fix it, the fix took a long time, a week, but no, it took almost 2 months and he didn't even complete his job, every time I went to look for it it wasn't there, or it was closed, now I come to pick up my car and he doesn't want to give it to me, apart from that he physically attacked me and pushed me making me bend my ankle. Please stay away from this disgusting place

Steve is still the best and the only mechanic in Hempstead to touch my car i moved to GA in 08 had car issue went straight to Steve

They refused to do vehicle state inspection since my vehicle was in good condition & they were asking more to pass the inspection

Never in my life have I ever dealt with a mechanic like this, this place is unorganized dude tried to extort me for my car then physically pushed me as I was trying to retrieve my wallet out the car for when the police arrived for identification. He eventually gave me my car back before the police arrived but not before doing something suspicious
