We had a great experience at Ernie’s. We needed a last-minute inspection for a used car, and they were able to fit us in the same day, which we really appreciated. Mike, the manager, was very warm, professional, and transparent throughout the process. The mechanic was also thorough and professional. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which gave us confidence in their work. What really stood out was how Mike treated all customers—with patience, honesty, and clear explanations, without pushing unnecessary work. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Ernie's is honest , they won't sell you more work than is actually needed. I was told by someone I needed back brakes too and Mike said no I didn't. Instead of doing then anyways. He says why would we want to make more work for ourselves we have enough work to do. So that's nice. I trust Ernie's with my Jeep for a couple years now. They put on and off my snow tires, make sure I'm up to date on everything , and work hard to resolve any issue the car may have, getting me in soon enough to take care of things before they end up bad. If they can't fix something , like my broken rear windshield , they will send you to a good shop ( guardian windshield) for the work to be done.

Ernie's is always swamped with work. Everyone who has taken there car in learns that these guys only sell you what your car really needs. I brought in a car that wouldn't start, even after being jumped. I was fully prepared to have the starter replaced, and even suggested that that was probably going to be necessary. They took a look and found that the starter was just find, and the only thing that needed to be replaced was the battery. I was very impressed because I would have believed them if they said the starter was dead, but instead they sold my only what I actually needed. I've used these guys for maintenance ever since. Honest and Affordable, I have no idea what I'm going to do when I move away from the area.
