West Herr Subaru of Rochester Service and Parts

I brought my 2024 Subaru Cross track in just for an inspection. West Herr Subaru is always very efficient and polite and I always get a video of what they’re doing with my car in the shop. I would recommend them.

service department was amazing. customer service was next level, waiting area was clean bright and welcoming. Sadly the services I needed done would have cost me WAY too much ($2500 for a set of headlights) and an ecu flash to reset a tune that untold wasn't there (didn't work. but was ultimately no charged fir a failed flash) by the former owner (A DIFFERENT DEALER) and a new ecu may not have even fixed the issue. so just bad luck on my part, but the service and knowledge from said departments was amazing. The inspection video was amazing, thorough, and deatiled. professional through and through. 11/10 would recommend west herr subaru.

West Herr always provides excellent customer care. They’re prompt, helpful, thorough and all around excellent. I’d recommend (and have) to everyone. This is my first Subaru purchase. But definitely not my last! Zoya is service is also GREAT!

First time visiting this location and was extremely pleased. I went in for a battery drain issue that was covered under warranty. I was appreciative of the video starring my mechanic! Great experience from scheduling to pick-up. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for service.
