We recently bought an RV and needed a flat tow setup installed for our Chevy Equinox. I contacted six different shops, but Cavallaro’s immediately stood out. Although they were the furthest from us, Laura asked all the right questions, did thorough research, and provided a detailed, clear quote. From the start, they made us feel confident we were making the right choice. Leading up to the installation, Laura was always available and responsive to our questions, which made the process stress-free. The base plate installation on the car was done flawlessly—it looks as though it came that way from the factory. John was extremely thorough and walked me step by step through how to hook up the tow bar. As a first-time tower, I really appreciated the time he took to answer every question and make sure I felt comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend Cavallaro’s to anyone looking for a tow setup. They are fairly priced, excellent communicators, do impeccable work, and are genuinely great people to work with.

Cavaleros put a new trailer hitch on my car for me. They had a lovely place for me to wait, offered me snacks, coffee, drinks, yogurts, etc. while I waited. They also were the lowest priced and I called three different places for quotes. Cavalero’s beat one of the places by $500 less. The owners work together as a nice husband and wife team. Mr. Cavalero was an employee of Brad’s trailer for many years so he’s experienced in all aspects of the trailer world. Highly recommend.

John is great. Granted I haven't used my new hitch yet, but I was very impressed with the entire process. His reviews were all solid when I was shopping and he didnt fall short of expectation. I say go for it!

I was just looking for simple hitch to mount only bikes on back of our SUV. Cavallaro’s replied same day to my inquiry, offered excellent advice on which model for my vehicle. They obtained it AND installed it same day! Highly recommend even for small jobs like family cars!
