I was referred to AGR Repair and Nick by a trusted friend, and from the very beginning, Nick exceeded my expectations. What started as a simple need to have tires mounted and balanced quickly turned into an experience that showcased the depth of his knowledge, professionalism, and resources. I’m a big car enthusiast, but I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t always have the time or expertise to fully understand what goes into maintaining high-end vehicles or knowing who to trust when something needs attention. Nick not only took great care of the original service, but he also went above and beyond by servicing another vehicle I own and making sure everything was handled properly. What really set him apart was his willingness to help beyond his own shop. He introduced me to trusted professionals in his network, including someone who did an incredible job removing a dent from my car. The quality of work, clear communication, and genuine desire to go above and beyond were consistent throughout the entire experience. If you’re on the fence about where to take your vehicle—especially a high-end or enthusiast car—I can’t recommend Nick and AGR Repair enough. He’s highly capable, extremely professional, and if something falls outside his direct expertise, he knows the right people to get it done right. Five stars all day.

I brought my car to AGR for an oil change and they performed the cleanest, most efficient oil change I’ve seen. Along with the oil change, I had mentioned an issue with my tires possibly having flat spots on them from the car sitting so much. They hooked it up to their balancing machine which was able to tell us if the tires themselves had any flat spots. Luckily, the wheel weights were just way off and they were able to get it 100% balanced and car is all ready to be sent down south for the winter! 10/10 recommend these guys for an automotive needs!!

Always a great experience with Nick! I can count on him taking care of my vehicle, he is honest and works diligently to get the work completed quickly and affordably. Took my A5 in today for an oil change. Nick and Aaron were both extremely welcoming and inviting. They took time to see if I had any questions about the car and also educated me on the upcoming 40k mile service. Will definitely be back. Do not waste your time taking your German car anywhere else. They are better than the dealer in absolutely every aspect.

I have taken my Audi to AGR multiple times, and Nick has been extremely helpful. Most recently, my Haldex was having an issue and the Audi dealership told me I needed to replace the entire Haldex. Looking for a 2nd opinion, I brought it to AGR, who identified the issue as a failed Haldex pump, which he was able to replace. Previously, my car had an HVAC issue, which AGR diagnosed quickly, and informed me that it would be a very expensive repair. This is no fault of their own though, as the engineers at Audi decided that accessing the HVAC box on MQB platforms should require a full dash removal... which obviously is a lot of labor. Not wanting to spend thousands on what is essentially a minor inconvenience , I tried replacing only the actuators (which are more accessible) on my own but to no avail. I can confidently say that AGR was correct in their diagnosis of the HVAC box being the problem. I will continue to bring my Audi to AGR and i recommend them to anyone with a German car. Their labor is expensive but for good reason: they know German cars. They do great work.
