Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

My husband helped me out and scheduled an appointment for me for Thursday, April 22nd at 8am. He talked to someone that was very obviously was not local. All we needed was a tire repair for tires that I had purchased from them a little under 2 months ago. After a few minuets he was able to at least get me a scheduled time. I showed up this morning at 8am and no one was there. I waited 10 min with no one showing up. I left to go get gas and came back with no one still there. I waited until a little after 830a with no one every showing up. I repeatedly received text notifications about my appointment for no one to show up. My husband called again this morning to figure out what was going on and the person he talked with wasn't helpful. The person asked if he wanted to just cancel the appointment. Mind you we were about 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. There was nothing offered to help fix the situation. We had to rearrange work schedules to make this appointment. I will never be going back or recommending this place to others.

Took our truck here for a quick inspection nothing is wrong with the truck and of course they come back saying we need new tires and brakes even though they’re literally perfectly fine so they would not pass our inspection, but of course still charged us for it. We took it to our local Michanic, which we should’ve done in the first place. He said everything was fine. Passed right away no problem. These places will always try to lie and tell you that you need new tires or other crap so they can make money off you. I’m disgusted by the lack of ethical people. Don’t take your car here unless you wanna be ripped off even previous reviews stated they took their vehicles in for inspections and had to get new tires or brakes, but who knows if that was even true but they think you’re dumb and don’t pay attention..

Nick is a very good mechanic 🧑‍🔧 running a whole shop mostly by himself is insane but him and his Trainee gets the job done, I believe with more help he will have a good shop going. his time is available and he is a very nice guy I would have picture of the work done but he just did a tired Swap for me for the winter season got me in and out.

Everyone was very nice. Called around town for a last minute inspection. Got in and out. Needed new tires got them fixed quick. Robbie in the front had great customer service. Thanks will be back.

Thanks to Chris and Jahem.,Great customer service.. I came in with a tire that needed repair. They dropped everything to help me. Ive been to this location before and always get awesome customer service. Great employees there
