Stone Road Auto

This place gave my brother in law such a run around. He bought his car here when he lived with us during his cancer treatments. Now that he recovered, he moved back to PA. His van had issues covered by his warantee. He drove up and left it here, and they forgot to run the charges through his warantee at first and didn’t get all the issues fixed. He had to go back to PA so he borrowed my car. He came back up the next week, car still not done. On the last day here he went to get his car and they still hadn’t put it through his warantee. Again he had to borrow our car. Now into a second week he was told car was done. Came up a 3rd time and got his car. 5 minutes later on the highway and it’s doing the same problem he had brought it there for. And they never fixed the sensors. This place is terrible. They don’t listen, they’re stupid and they obviously do a half assed job. He went back and the guy hooked up something to the steering wheel and supposedly fixed it. He didn’t bother with the other stuff they never fixed. Avoid this garage. Incompetent and wasted 3 weeks of my brother in laws time. Pathetic.

A good mechanic is hard to come by. I’ve been taking my car to the same guy for 4 years now but he’s been booked so I called Stone Road Auto knowing family that take their cars there. My daughter had an issue with her car and they got us right in, first thing the next morning. Justin was awesome. Knew his stuff and treated us so well. I’m so impressed. The issue was fixed within no time and everything was explained to us. Stone road Auto has Definitly gained another loyal customer. Thank you Justin and look forward to meeting again in the future (hopefully not too soon….lol)

Great service and amazing staff. Everything was honest and straightforward. Gianna the girl in the office talked me through the steps and Justin did the work on my vehicle he explained everything in detail and delivered a quality service just like it was promised. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional mechanic. All around great experience.

Justin always takes care of our cars and treats us like family! He even personally brings our cars back to us when he works on them after closing, always going above and beyond. So many shops spin stories and always try to make excuses. Not here. They always stay by their word.

I brought my ram truck there and they destroyed it….cam and lifter rebuild was already ruined after 50 miles of driving. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH ANYTHING ELECTRICAL!! They installed lights and a winch on my truck for $400 and it’s all done wrong and has to be repaired now. Everything was hard wired to my battery and killed my battery. All together I am out $8700 in cash and my truck still needs to be totally redone by someone else !!! Stay away from this joke of a mechanic shop !!
