Ridgeway Sunoco

I’ve been to Ridgeway Sunoco twice, both times for a state inspection. While I haven’t needed any mechanical work done, I want to speak more to the integrity of their business. When I first took my car in May 2025, my rear tires were close to missing the mark for passing inspection. They passed, but the store attendant emphasized how important it was that I replace them. What impressed me, however, is that they didn’t try to force their products or an immediate tire replacement. I’ve been to far too many mechanics in the past who would have simply lied about the condition of my tires in an effort to force me into a situation where I needed to spend hundreds of dollars unexpectedly. I respect that Ridgeway cared enough to urge me to replace my tires SOON without taking advantage. Until they prove otherwise, I will continue using their services for my vehicles.

It was great you reassured me you would get my vehicle to it destination safe and sound you did it so quickly. I appreciate your text letting me know you dropped it off so quickly. We've used Jason's Ridgeway Sunoco to take care of both our cars for decades. He's super competent, trustworthy, honest and caring. You feel like you're part of his family. When I've had questions and needed advice, he's been patient and reassuring. He even follows up a day or two after working on a car, to check in if everything's ok. I couldn't be happier having him to consult, considering my complete ignorance with cars. I can't even figure out how to adjust the seat closer to the driving wheel. But he doesn't make me feel stupid! I hope he never retires!

Had to have my car towed. Andrew from Ridgeway came to tow it. He was fantastic!! Very nice and informative. Made sure I was all set from the begining til my car was at the shop. This isn't the first time using Ridgeway through AAA and have always had the best experience!! Thank you for everything Andrew!!!

Ridgeway Sunoco has repaired/patched flat tires for me twice in the past 3 months. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. Price was great too. I’m very grateful and I’d recommend them highly for service.
