Kelly, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which really put my mind at ease. My car was in rough shape and wouldn’t pass inspection, but the mechanic team worked their magic and got everything repaired quickly. The turnaround time was incredible—I dropped my car off, and in less than a day, it was ready to go. Not only did they handle the necessary repairs, but they also completed the inspection process without any hassle. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and care from the whole team at Renew Auto Salon is truly unmatched. I was in and out of there faster than I expected, and my car passed inspection with flying colors. I’m so grateful for Kelly and the amazing staff for making what could’ve been a stressful experience so smooth and worry-free. Sick of shady dealers and mechanics that are only in it for the money? Then THIS is a business I HIGHLY recommend! I called in because I was having some issues with my 09 Rogue, the amounts of repairs skyrocketed, but Oftum, Kelly, Vince and D kept me updated and helped me explore my options instead of sinking into oblivion. I was able to finance a newer version of my previous vehicle through Renew and Elbrus Auto Brokers who collaborate together respectfully. They made such an intense dark time for me a bright and positive one and they are the kinds of people we need in our community. I can't rate these guys high enough! 20/10!

Oftum is is a person of integrity. I was having problems pumping gas to a new vehicle and unsolicited he approached me and spent 10 -15 minutes evaluating the problem and solving my problem. He did this as a Good Samaritan. I’ll definitely become a Renew customer.

Highly recommend this auto shop. I've been here 3 times now with some small problems/concerns with my car. They've always been helpful and never made me feel like my car problem was too small or didn't matter. They also didn't charge me an unreasonable amount of money for the fixes.

Great shop and people! Definitely recommend! They were fast, did an excellent job, and even caught a couple mistakes from other people that had done work on my van. Now my van feels like new! Amazing difference. They are very knowledgeable and have fair prices. Easy to talk to them and they’re nice people.
