Fantastic people. Everyone was friendly and professional. The work was done on time and beautiful, like new. They even help me with a rental car.

Northside collision did a beautiful job with replacing my bumper!! 🤩 Throughout the entire process that my car was in their shop, they sent texts to update me on the progress of my car which was so helpful considering I was driving a rental. There were many discrepancies with insurance on the duration of the rental, the ladies in the office took the weight off my hands and reached out to insurance to get an extension, as well as set up the rental vehicle. Upon pick up, my car was sparkling from the inside out which was such an awesome bonus to the services they provide. On top of an already great experience, Sam went out of his way to make sure I had oem parts covered by insurance. Oem parts were a big concern for me. This is a prime example of a business going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thank you Sam, and the ladies in the office for taking such great care of my car!! I will be sure to let others know what an awesome job this shop does and send them to you with confidence that they are in good hands. Thank you again!! ☺️

I just had the most amazing experience in the repair of my car. A few years ago, I had some body work done on my car by a certain company. Within a couple of years, my hood began to rust terribly, and also began to emit white streaks, that were getting all over my car, from the damaged hood. Recently I brought it back but that business was gone, replaced by Northside. Despite not being the ones who did the original work, they inspected the car, and agreed to replace the hood under warranty! I had an appointment within the week and the job was completed in 2 days! On top of that, everyone that I talked to there was a gem. Amber, Morgan and Sam were awesome. Here’s the best part, they never even asked me to do this review, but they certainly deserve it!

We are return customers of Northside Collision as our services in the past have been exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about this experience. Our initial complaints were the moving timelines of when our car was actually going to be started. The car was received in late November after an accident with a deer. Moving timelines went from two weeks to three weeks to four weeks to a month. The car did not get started until the first week of January when it was shipped to the Greece Northside Collision location. Our initial communication with Matt at the Greece Location was exceptional. He reviewed the entire estimate once the car was finally broken down and understood our frustration about how long this entire process had been taking. He was very kind and reassuring as was the rest of the staff at that location. We did not get many updates during the approximate five or six weeks while the car was being repaired. After my phone calls to just get any status update, they discovered that for some reason I was not getting their text messages and switched to making phone calls. I did get two updates after that before the car was finally finished and shipped back to Camillus where it was initially dropped off. When we went to pick up the car, it was dirty, despite us being told that it would be washed once it was taken off the tow truck. This made it difficult to give a true inspection of the quality of workmanship. We did have an issue with some of the parts not being lined up correctly. There were some wider gaps versus smaller gaps on the lines of the car. We did ask if somebody could fix them as they looked like small fixes that someone could do quickly with a screwdriver. We were told that they were unable to do that since this location (Camillus)was not paid for the repair. We rejected the car and asked that those things be taken care of. We were told that we would hear by the end of business day the next day with an update. It has been two days and we've heard nothing. I would really like to end this repair on a positive note as our other three experiences with Northside were exceptional, but this has not been the case.

I have been a customer of Long Pond Auto Body since the early 90’s. The skill level of the paint crew at this shop is simply amazing. My black 2012 Cadillac CTS was recently smashed by an inattentive driver turning left in front of me, and I thought the car would never look right again. The folks at Long Pond got the job done in under 2 weeks, and the results looked spectacular. The paint matches perfectly, seams and fit and finish are like stock. The entire vehicle was cleaned inside and out. (It arrived a salty mangled mess.) I have had multiple vehicles needing repair over the years, and the folks at Long Pond have always been wonderful to work with. Long Pond negotiated with the Insurance Company on my behalf to make sure only OEM parts were used. Insurance companies are getting cheaper and cheaper every year, so it’s nice to have someone in my corner to make sure the job gets done right with quality parts. The combination of great customer service, and outstanding craftsmanship has made me a loyal customer. When the unfortunate accident happens, I literally do not even consider using another shop. I bring it right to Long Pond and let them work their magic.
