The only good thing about this experience, was the fact that the technician when I picked my car up and the manager of the following day were so accommodating and nice. The manager promptly fixed my overcharge for tires being installed, when I only installed two but was charged for four. And even though I paid for my alignment, my car was not aligned as my steering wheel was still crooked in order for me to have to drive my car straight. The manager scheduled me an appointment the following week on Tuesday when their normal alignment guy was back in. Overall, the two staff members that I dealt with were amazing. But I’m incredibly disappointed with the service that I received, and the fact that the work was not checked for quality prior to being released to me stating the work was done. The manager refunded me for my tire installation for all tires. But that did not fix the issue of me having to drive on tires and incurred additional where because my car was not aligned properly, nor the additional time out of my workday to take it back to another appointment to get my alignment done properly.

Amazing staff. They were able to get my truck in immediately and fix the issue. They were very upfront, and communicate well with me throughout the time my truck was there. I truly was impressed by the care and work they did to make sure my truck was safe to drive. I highly recommend Mr. Tire on Dewey Ave in Greece. They restored my hope in shops!! Will definitely be back when needed.

The appointment was easy to set up. I got in when I needed to. The staff was accommodating as I had to wait for my car. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

The both service managers was VERY helpful and friendly. And the work was done in good time. The overall cost was excessive, but it was a dealer part and out of their control.

I originally had an appointment at another place and when I got there I was told very rudely that they don’t do inspections on Monday. So I immediately called Mr Tire and was able to get an appointment with them and what a delight. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and asked me if I could wait his inspecter was running late not a problem for me and the gentleman kept me informed of everything. So Happt I went to Mr. tire.
