I am a senior citizen. I requested a senior discount if possible. Manager said no problem. I also offered AARP or AAA member if needed. I was told I will take care of it. No problem at all. When I picked up the car instead of being $1,800 it ended up $2,300 plus with no discounts. Very disappointed that there were no discounts. None listed at all on my receipt.
View on GoogleI had an appointment for 8:30. Showed up a few minutes late, but they were understanding and took my car in no problem. Service lasted for about an hour which was very convenient for my busy schedule. I had my oil change done and my tires inflated as the cold hair has lowered the pressure lately. Thank you to the two gentleman up front for making the transaction as smooth as possible. Even had a few good laughs.
View on GoogleI went in to get an oil change and they were very busy. I did need an inspection but thought I could get it done later in the week. The gentleman at the desk said he would do it while I was there, but I told him I need to get new tires first. He gave me a good price for tires and told me if I wanted to do it he would get it all done for me, including the alignment. I was very grateful that he did that so late in the day and they were very busy too. Thank you.
View on GoogleCharles was very helpful and kept me safe. I went in to get my snow tires put on and found out I had broken shocks. He helped me with a good price and I had my car back within a few hours. My car was clean and ready to go. Will definitely return the next time I need car work done.
View on GoogleI needed a quick NYS Re-Inspection this week and the machine at the other garage was down! Monroe fit me right in and handled the last minute scheduling beautifully, thank you for being kind and flexible. At the same time I was there an elderly gentleman walked in on a very snowy day looking for help to add air to his tires, the crew hopped into action filling the tires and making sure he got back to his vehicle safely. They even invited him to return to fill up again if he ever needed it! This staff is so respectful and responsible!
