I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The Manager Keith was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the repairs needed in a way that was easy to understand. The technician Kate completed the work on time and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the repair was excellent, and I felt they were honest and fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair and exceptional service.

Ended up here out if last minute necessity. Had a bulge in my sidewall and needed two new tires ASAP. I showed up at 11:45 without an appointment, asking if they could squeeze me in, and by 2:30 they were calling and saying it was ready for pick up. I paid $350 out the door for two brand new all season tires, and a full synthetic oil change. They were also able to track down a blown bulb for me and replaced it for free. Definitely a great experience.

Went in for a NYS inspection. The assistant manager on duty was very pleasant and helpful. An older gentleman performed the inspection and when he put the new sticker on he did not scrape all of the glue off of the windshield from the old sticker, the new one is crooked and is not even all the way on the glass - looks terrible. The receipt says he took a tire off for the inspection but since I did not hear an impact wrench, I doubt it. Seemed very disinterested. Assistant manager was great but I would not go here for anything else.

Had a set of tires removed from a set of like-new, black, aftermarket rims and a set of new tires mounted and balanced to them. When I received my wheels back there were significant gouges in the metal on the inside of all four rims and all the valve caps were missing. Some gouges were so bad the skin of my finger was caught when lifting one wheel. A couple weeks later, I brought a different set of stock rims to, yet again, have a set of old tires removed from them and a set of new tires mounted and balanced to them. When I dropped off the second set to be done, I showed the manager on site the pictures of the black rims from a couple weeks prior and explained how every rim had large, deep scratches on the inside of the rim. The manager's response was, "Yup, that's how it's done, the machine has metal teeth," and he immediately went back to typing on his computer. When I asked him if there was a way to do the job without damaging this second set of wheels I was dropping off, his response was, "I'll be really careful." I later found out that their are gaurds that can be used to protect the rim from any damage, but were obviously not being used here. When I received the second set of wheel back, the scratches were less than the first set of wheels, but there were still clear indents on the inside of all four rims where the metal teeth of the machine grabbed on. I was charged full price both times. I understand I wasn't bringing in high-end, expensive rims, but do they really need to do permanent, noticeably obvious damage to the wheels just to mount tires?

Excellent service from manager of store. I had gone to another shop across town who quoted me $250 for welding on exaust. I brought it to Monroe on Dewey, and he showed me it was merely a gasket. Charged me less than $50 for parts and labor. No welding needed. Honest service at a great price. Outstanding.
