Griff's Auto Service

Service was quick, friendly, and professional. I was set up with Griff through my GEICO insurance and could not be more pleased with the service. The Tow Driver, Spencer, was cordial and kind and very good. I called them ahead and confirmed with their operator the service request and she was also extremely kind and professional. They also arrived way ahead of the time stated. Overall wonderful experience in the middle of a stressful situation. Definitely recommended.

Incredibly disappointed in my most recent experience with Griffs. I paid well over $100 for an oil change because it was full synthetic. I’ve always trusted them so I said ok. A month later a warning light comes on that my oil level is low. I bring it in to the dealer who checks my levels and tells me that I need to bring it back to whoever did my oil change; they messed something up. I drove over to Griffs and they apologized and said they didn’t put the right amount/right oil in. I say ok - mistakes happen. FAST FORWARD two months and I bring my car to the dealer for an oil change. To my surprise - my engine cover is MISSING. It was there when Griffs fixed it last time, and now it’s gone. I guess shame on me for not popping the hood to make sure they put everything back? I tried calling but they claimed they didn’t have it. Now I’m on the hook to replace my cover which is hundreds of dollars. Dealer also said they had to clean up from my last oil change - oil was everywhere. Said the last place that did it (Griffs) didn’t know what they were doing. Really disappointed - not sure what happened - they used to be a place I really trusted. My advice - bring your car to the dealer. Dealer also charged me $35 less for my oil change. *edit to add: I tried to work things out with Griff. Lori, the owner, really couldn’t be bothered with me. Kept telling me she would look for it and get back to me. Said she was too busy. Actually asked me why I didn’t bring my car back for an oil change after they screwed it up the last time - which is laughable. I called a few times but never heard back from Lori. Cutting my losses and letting it go. Everyone wants to support local and use small businesses - but small businesses don’t care about their customers anymore.

Worst ever and have gone for over 15 yrs never a problem til now. Over 1,000 to fix the seatbelt...sound a little excessive to you. They were about the rudest I think I ever encountered EVER... If I could give it a negative rate I would . Please please do not give them your business or send anyone else there. .boo

Expensive especially because they don’t have weekend hours when you can retrieve your car. So I had to pay an extra 8 days until I could get someone to drive me to retrieve my vehicle. So instead of $495. It cost me $1120.00. And I could not pay my rent.

Kayla was amazing! My car was absolutely in the worst place to be towed out of and she worked it with quick resolution. She had an amazing personality and great customer service, making an already stressful situation a little lighter ☺️
