Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience at Firestone! The location I visited was clean, welcoming, and very well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week for new tires, mounting, balancing, and an alignment, which was super convenient. Even better, the service itself took less than an hour. The waiting area was comfortable with plenty of seating, refreshments, and free WiFi, so I was able to get some work done while I waited. This was my first time at this specific location, but I’ve been to several Firestone locations around the Rochester area and this one definitely stood out. Shoutout to Josh, who went above and beyond, even after my appointment. I called back with a few follow-up questions, and he was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in answering everything. That level of customer service really made a difference! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I walked in and I talked to Josh the manager he told me they were really busy. I had a screw in my tire and it was going flat so he quickly addressed the situation and got me off to my doctors appointment in time. Most recently they stand out for great customer service, where the staff is consistently professional and communicative. Most importantly, they have earned a reputation for honesty and integrity, as you can trust them to only service what actually needs repair without the pressure of unnecessary upselling. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a complex fix, they provide a transparent experience that gives vehicle owners genuine peace of mind.
