In December, I had a great experience with a worker at the time, Joe. He ensured my tire purchase and install was efficient. He even discussed prices with my mom over the phone throughout the process. I originally had an appointment booked for the Henrietta Firestone location, but after seeing its' subpar reviews, we chose this W Ridge Rd location...and I'm glad I did. Please acknowledge Joe for his easygoing demeanor and friendly attitude to ensure a customer's needs were met. It made for a memorable first experience with the Firestone company for tires.

Honest , trustworthy, and highly skilled. Treated as a valued customer with total transparency from the staff. Deadlines have been met 100% of the time. Any one of the Mechanics could own their own independent shop. Pricing is slightly higher from other mechanic shops but the trade off is reliability.

Had a great experience I needed a front end alignment and was filled in their lifetime alignment program and explained The credit card programand the benefits of it. Thanks, Joe. And the crew, the serviced my car!

Very friendly and welcoming after a major snow storm. Manager and staff took extra care of my Tesla, installing my own snow tires. Took a lot of extra time, stayed with original estimate. Will return as regular customer.
