In December, I had a great experience with a worker at the time, Joe. He ensured my tire purchase and install was efficient. He even discussed prices with my mom over the phone throughout the process. I originally had an appointment booked for the Henrietta Firestone location, but after seeing its' subpar reviews, we chose this W Ridge Rd location...and I'm glad I did. Please acknowledge Joe for his easygoing demeanor and friendly attitude to ensure a customer's needs were met. It made for a memorable first experience with the Firestone company for tires.

Any one of the Mechanics could own their own independent shop. Pricing is slightly higher from other mechanic shops but the trade off is reliability.
