I had a great experience at the Greece location today. Everyone that works there is very friendly. Tyler and the other guy who worked the front(not sure what his name was) went above and beyond, not just for me but for other customers as well. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and they appreciate their customers. Thank you so much!. I would definitely recommend this place for someone that needs tires!

Ordered tires through tire rack and selected this store as the installer. I set up an appointment for the tire installation and then while I was there thought about asking if they do inspections and they do and found a way to fit me in. They asked if I wanted to check alignment which I did and the whole time answered any questions I had. Really kind and attentative service and quick. Dan was awesome! I recieved a text with diagnostic information on my vehicle as well as pictures which is a really nice thing to have access to digitally. I highly recommend and I will for sure be back!

I had a great experience at Dunn Tire. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They got my vehicle in and out quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. It’s not always easy finding a place you can trust with your car, but Dunn Tire definitely earned that trust. I’ll be coming back for future service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest tire and auto care.

I came in around 5pm with a nail in my tire to see if it could be patched. They took my Jeep in immediately and had it patched in under 30 minutes. I felt bad coming in so close to closing (they close at 6pm), but they could not have been nicer or more efficient. Huge thanks to the three young gentlemen working—excellent service!!

Nothing but great things to say so far about Dunn Tire—Greece. They got my new tires from tire rack and swapped them for me last year. Went back again this year for a quick rotation and inspection; had me in and out in just over an hour, and that’s with me showing up during a tire delivery. Couldn’t ask for much better. Overall, they’re quick and honest. Staff are friendly, too. They seem like they actually enjoy their jobs which is always a huge plus. Keep up the great work, guys!
