He made sure to call and tell me a time frame he would be there as well as calling when close by and during arrival. He serviced my car right at my work place, such a convenience. GEICO and Safelite AutoGlass made replacing my damaged windshield easy and fast. Windshield Technician Sijifredo was friendly, efficient, and very professional.

Terrible experience and very poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 p.m., and I arrived at 1:00 p.m. because I was told I needed to come early. By 2:30 p.m., they still had not taken my vehicle into the shop and could not give me a clear answer about when I would be helped. Their scheduling and organization are extremely unprofessional. On top of that, when I simply asked whether they were actually going to bring my car into the shop, I was met with yelling and a disrespectful attitude. They made me waste a trip from New Rochelle and several hours of my time. A business should respect its customers, honor scheduled appointments, communicate clearly, and treat people professionally. Unfortunately, this place did none of those things. I do not recommend it.

We got our Lexus RX 350 fixed and had a great experience with Safelite Great Neck. Though there was a disconnection btw the insurance and the store, Anthony got this fixed! He is knowledgeable, detailed, and making sure we are informed during the whole process, We appreciate the effort Anthony and his team made! If you need your windshield fix?
