I just got my RAM back from Don Joe after an insurance claim, and they did an absolutely excellent job. Even though the insurance was covering everything, they treated the repair with real care and professionalism. This is a very well run shop. I worked with Rachel and Hasani, and both were fantastic. They did not just fix the damage. They paid attention to every detail. They even cleaned and washed the truck before returning it. I had an aftermarket wrap on my truck, and they even helped me work with my insurance company to get it covered. There were a couple of other small issues I needed help with, like my tonneau cover not closing properly, and they took care of them as a courtesy. The service here truly feels like white glove service. On the day the car was ready, I could not pick it up myself, and they delivered it to my home. That level of service is rare. I hope I never need another repair, but if I do, I already know exactly where I am going. Thank you again, Hasani and Rachel.

They ensured we got to our rental car promptly, and the best part was being able to drop the rental car off directly with them upon pickup. This small detail made a huge difference in convenience. While I sincerely hope to be accident-free from here on out, if I ever find myself in this situation again, I will only be going to Don Joe Auto Body.
