My experience with this dealership was highly disappointing. After driving 45 minutes to see a vehicle I intended to purchase, the process quickly became problematic. The dealership offered an extremely low trade-in value for my car, which I sold privately within two days for $2,500 more. When I returned to complete the purchase, I was told the manager was unhappy I did not trade it in, and several unexpected fees totaling $5,000 were added. After negotiation, these were reduced to $3,500, raising concerns about pricing transparency. Despite having an 800+ credit score, I was told the dealership would not sell me the vehicle unless I financed through them at 8%, even though my credit union approved me at 5.4%. The vehicle had a valid inspection sticker, yet the driver's side tire was nearly bald. I was told it would be replaced with a new tire but received a used one instead. The registration process was equally concerning. I was repeatedly told my permanent documents were "on the way", but the DMV confirmed nothing had been submitted. My temporary tag expired, and the car sat for two months while still paying for the auto loan until someone from the dealership delivered the registration because of myself asking him too and only after I lied a DMV complaint. Calls and messages were frequently unanswered, with voicemail boxes full. As of now, I still have not received the title. Based on my experience with staff members Adam, James, and the manager John who I never met, I strongly advise potential customers to not even bother and considering using another dealership.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this company while trying to assist my brother with a vehicle registration issue involving expired temporary plates. I contacted the dealership twice in one afternoon to better understand the delay in receiving permanent out-of-state plates for a vehicle my brother purchased. During the conversation, I was told that interstate plate processing could take up to 90 days, which I appreciated as helpful information. However, the interaction quickly became frustrating due to the tone and guidance provided. My brother had already been pulled over by a state trooper because the temporary plates expired on April 7, so I asked what legitimate solutions were available while waiting for the permanent registration. I was shocked when I was advised that my brother could simply alter the expiration date on the temporary plates because, according to the representative, law enforcement would have no way of verifying it. I made it clear that I do not consider altering temporary plates to be appropriate or lawful advice under any circumstance. I also requested the representative’s email address for documentation purposes and asked to speak with a manager. While I was given the manager’s first name, I was refused the employee’s email address and not transferred further. I remained respectful throughout both conversations, apologized for any frustration on my brother’s side, and ended the call courteously. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me concerned about the professionalism, customer service, and guidance being provided to customers dealing with registration issues. 3 weeks later and no updates or contact.

Avoid Euro Motor Haus in Great Neck — misleading pricing and wasted trip Very shady experience. I called ahead specifically to verify the price of a vehicle listed at $36,420 because I did not want to waste either my time or theirs. I clearly asked if the advertised price was the actual price, and whether it would be the same for both cash and financing. I was assured multiple times over the phone that it was. When I arrived, the price suddenly changed to $45,000+, and after adding their fees, the total came out to around $53,000—for a car worth roughly $40,000. When I questioned the difference, they told me the advertised $36,420 price was supposedly “dealer wholesale pricing” and asked me, with a cocky attitude, “Do you have a dealer license?” When I responded that I actually have friends with dealer licenses who could purchase the car, he immediately changed his story and said they still couldn’t sell it at that price. At one point, he even admitted they increase prices just to lure people in and claimed “every dealer does the same thing,” as if that somehow makes it acceptable. So what’s the point of advertising a car at $36,420 if you have no intention of selling it anywhere near that price? This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Complete waste of time, misleading business practices, and a very unprofessional experience. Buyers should be extremely cautious.

***Update: Henry finally decided to get back to me after seeing this review to inform me that I was a crybaby for posting this. He advised that he forgot to get back to me and was very busy but was surprisingly free enough to call me about this review. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware. Was interested in a vehicle, however the carfax on the dealer website for was a similar car (different vin, miles, etc). Followed up with the dealer numerous times as they stated it was a clerical error but never heard back. Dealer offered me $3,000 less for my trade in than other nearby dealers.

I've watched a car in they're inventory sit for months.. I went to see the car.. it was in great condition (from just sitting in the showroom), I was willing to actually buy it. When I asked if I could test drive the car I was told they need to do a credit pre approval first... That's bad business.. the car was a 20k car.. not a 50/60k... Why would someone agree to a have inquiry on they're credit for a 5min test drive to potentially not leave with anything?. Dealership are supposed to ask for your license.. that's it.. Walk with a pre approval from your bank or steer clear.
