Kenneth and his team consistently provide exceptional service every single time. After years of my family coming here, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers are exactly why we keep coming back. They always make the process smooth, trustworthy, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and consistently excellent. We highly recommend Kenneth and his team to anyone looking for top-tier support.

The service I received at BMW Manhasset Service for routine scheduled maintenance on my BMW sedan last week was outstanding. Kevin Guo, my service coordinator, was great And he provided me with a lift home and then a Lyft back there when the service was over. They texted me a video of the service that was performed so I could see what was done. All in all it was a great experience.

I am the original owner of a 2023 M3 Competition xDrive with BMW Individual Fjord Blue leather and carbon bucket seats. I brought my car in for routine maintenance warranty service. During the visit, the dealership scratched my driver's seat cushion. They acknowledged the damage on the repair order. When I requested the part be replaced with OEM rather than repaired by a third-party leather company, the service manager became hostile. He told me he regretted approving the repair. I was berated for over two hours for asking that their mistake be corrected properly. I asked for a written commitment that if the repair was unsatisfactory the part would be replaced. They refused multiple times. I have the interaction recorded. I ended up tracking down the replacement part number myself and monitoring availability because the dealership was not proactive about it. Once the part was in, scheduling was a mess. I was promised a callback that never came. I was told twice the part was at risk of being sent back, including once after I already had an appointment confirmed. I had to intervene multiple times to keep my own repair on track. When I picked the car up, the valet pulled the wrong car due to incorrect paperwork. When my car finally came around, I found new damage on the seatback that was not there when I dropped it off. I have video of the interior from the time of drop-off proving this. My service advisor did not respond that evening. The next morning he first said he hadn't spoken to the manager yet. Forty-eight minutes later he came back claiming his tech had documented the damage before starting work. If that were true, there is no reason I wasn't notified before the repair, at pickup, or when I first reported the damage. None of it was on the repair order either. I called BMW NA customer relations and I have since escalated to BMW's regional aftersales management. I would not trust this service department with any vehicle, let alone a high-spec M car with an Individual interior. The damage, the hostility, the disorganization, and the attempt to deny responsibility when confronted with evidence speaks for itself. If you do bring your car here, take video of the interior and exterior before drop-off and make your service advisor walk out with you to inspect the vehicle at pickup.

My FIL had his 22 B7 at service for 3 weeks to replace a tire and diagnose a constant chiming that they couldn't address. the car was parked in the same spot in the lot almost the entire time. he also noticed a smell of someone maybe smoking in the car. Worst service EVER! He would never go back or recommend anybody there. Ended up going to BMW of Freeport. They resolved the chiming issue in about half hour.
