View on GoogleOver priced. I have never seen mechanic charges for inspection fee when we take services from them. 20% above the Long Island average market rate. The front desk gentleman is weird. He behaves like he understands everything in the world. He would stop you when you talk but when you start to talk he will interrupt. I think he is suffering from something. Update on 2-5-26: Reply to your comment: Thanks for taking time to respond to this. I’m not sure what you trying to establish by saying I knew the price before I approved it. I definitely knew it and approved it. That’s not something I meant by saying “overpriced”. All I said that - your service is 20% pricy than the market. I believe it’s not irrelevant to express customers opinion just because they got the services from you. Second part of my comment was- handling customers and communicating with them: Your service was very poor. I booked my slot online a week ago and I called in at 8:00 AM in the morning to let you know that my tow truck hasn’t come and I will be late. Once I arrived at your reception and spoke to the front desk, I very specifically told the gentleman about this. He behaved very weird because he didn’t listened to me. He didn’t even let me finish what I wanted to say. I had the tow truck sitting on the busy street and dealing with your front desk personnel. After some time, he figured that I had my booking. All other conversations I have had with him - he was always cutting me short and made him follow every he says with “yes”/“no”. I’m not sure what kinda customer service is that. I believe as a customer I have rights to say if I feel offended. And yes, I felt very offended.
