I had an amazing experience with Competition Glass! I needed a last-minute windshield replacement, and Billy went above and beyond to make it happen. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The team came right to my doorstep, got the job done quickly, and the quality of their work was excellent. I really appreciate the prompt service and attention to detail — it’s hard to find that kind of reliability these days. Had side rear window of my Jeep broken by pebble from landscaper mower. Called Competition Glass late Fri afternoon, and was having new glass installed at 8:30am on Sat!!!! Augie and his crew are fantastic-they had me back on the road quickly,and even installed the manufacturer"s glass (Mopar) Excellent customer service, and professional work with a very fair price!!!

A very knowledgeable and professional auto glass shop, with great customer service and very friendly staff and very reasonable and affordable prices. Had a great experience there getting a front windshield replaced. I called them up , they got me in the next day and did the installation very quickly and professionally as they had promised. Highly recommend this establishment. The owner is a great guy.

I read all the one star reviews before i even called and like many other things in life, people do not realize the value of a good team of auto glass technicians. It isn't lunch, its auto glass and how often do you go through the replacement process? If you feel an hour or two of your time is more important than an absolutely flawless install, by all means, go somewhere else. I have had a car literally ruined by a glass replacement giant, who my insurer said was "the best", the original install was right on time, but the glass had a defect. The second install was a rush job that leaked and eventually ruined the underdash fuse box. I never felt "Safe", but they made it clear they were in fact industry "lite", weights. With Competition Glass, I thought that it would help if i brought the car to them,,,,, "NO NEED",,,,, today I was in the comfort of my home when two Extremely POLITE gentleman arrived within the specified time frame. I asked them a few questions which they not only took plenty of time to answer, but then also answered two further questions i did not know to ask. The result is a PERFECT job. Did I have to wait for them to schedule? Sure did. I know the difference between a company that has trouble keeping talented technicians and a company that has real experience. You want a rush-job? Let your insurer steer you to a company so large where being on time pales in comparison to a perfect install.

I had them scheduled to come to my house to replace my windshield, but unfortunately it was drizzling outside and I didn't have a covered area for them to work on my car. I do recommend that you drop off the car and pick it up when ready. I was one and had no choice but to wait for it. The tech had the old windshield out and the new one on in under an hour. What took time was the curing of the sealent and the calibration of the sensors after that. For some reason the guy at the front desk told me that he needed to test drive the car to make sure no light or anything related to the new glass replacement was causing an issue. 30 min later I'm still waiting for him to start the test drive so I can leave. I would've been better off rescheduling to have them come to my house but I don't as planning to travel the next day and I didn't want to drive 6+ hours with that cracked windshield.
