My vehicle was in an accident hit from behind. I was upset due to the damages and I wanted the vehicle to look like it was before. I reached out to Nissan service and was referred to Sam at Port Washington Collision. Sam made everything easy from day one. She answer all of my questions and even went above and beyond what I expected from a vehicle collision company. I didn't have to do much since she handle my claim and kept me in the loop. I have to say thank you Sam for all your hard work and for sure I will tell all my friends and family to come see you for any future services. I am very grateful for all you do. From start to finish, this amazing team made getting my car repaired absolutely seamless. Auto accidents can be an extremely inconvenient experience to throw into an already busy life/schedule. However, at Port Washington Collision, they helped alleviate all the stress and worry I had from not having my car. They were courteous, professional, understanding, and accommodating. Above all else, when I received my car back, it was like driving it off the lot at the dealership for the first time, which was four years ago! It looked new, it smelled new, it drove like it was new!! Their attention to detail and the care they put into my auto repair speaks volumes!! I cannot recommend this shop enough. Always able to fit me into their schedule regardless of what type of work I need. The staff is very helpful explaining the work and transparent in pricing on any work being proposed. Work is always done in a timely manner and done right the first time.

I go here for all my car needs. They most recently did a chrome delete and it came out amazing! Sam was great with keeping me up to date on the progress. Everyone is super friendly and professional.

Sam is the most genuine person I've encountered in a while. Her attention to detail with explanations of the entire process was above & beyond. I didn't know what to expect, being that this was my first experience in this situation. Thank the gods that Sam was the woman who made my experience smooth with communication & making sure that I was fully taken care of. Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process.
