Someone sideswiped my car while it was parked and left a mess (but not a note). Got some estimates with a few shops that I worked with over the years but they all left me unsatisfied. While doing some research, heard some great things about North Shore Auto Collision. Had a great experience and can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I drove into the lot until I drove off with my fully, beautifully restored car, the entire team was professional, personable and genuinely helpful. Alex, who greeted me at the front, is a class act. He took the time to explain what my options were, including a cost benefit analysis for each option, and went through every single line of the estimate, making sure I fully understood the "why" of each line item. Very detailed and meticulous. Really appreciated that. No other shop has ever given me this level of service. Additionally, out of several shops that I asked, this was the only one that expressed very high confidence in performing a tricky repair (including an aluminum door) without a costly replacement. Alex made it clear that he could have the damage fixed and have it look amazing. He was right. This speaks volumes about the skill and expertise of the team at North Shore Auto Collision. Alex and the team also kept me updated on the status of the repair throughout the process and guaranteed the work. Excellent communication. Additionally, they made sure I felt taken care of beyond this repair, which really speaks to how much they value long-term relationships with their customers. It’s also a family-owned business, which really shows in how they treat their customers. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner David and his daughter Nicole, who handles the finances - both were personable and professional. David let me know he's been running the shop for decades and based on the service I got, it's easy to see why the shop has stood the test of time. Just picked up my 2021 Honda HRV from north shore collision. My front end was badly damaged. I brought the car in just after the accident. I hit a wall in a parking lot. I was really upset and Nicole took charge of the whole situation. Alex was an expert in explaining everything that had to be done including a rental and dealing with the insurance .company. Dealing with an accident is very upsetting and both Alex and Nicole were so understanding. My car looks great!

Wow! This shop is the best. I came in because somebody swiped my car (see photo) and affected the rear bumper, another panel, and dinged up my rear rim as well. This shop was able to fix everything very quickly (3.5 days) and the car looks brand new! (I wasn’t able to get an after picture bc the day I picked the car up it was raining). The price they gave me was very fair (and I went to other body shops around NYC) The shop was super nice, explained everything well and are very communicative. I’ll definitely come back again to service my other car!

I highly recommend North Shore Auto Collision. This is the first time I've had to take a car to get body work done and I had no idea what to expect. I brought my car to a couple of other collision repair shops before going to see them and noticed the difference right away. From the moment I met Ryan and Alex, I knew I was at the right place. The first shops just gave me quotes after looking at the car for a second. Ryan took a thorough look at the damage and explained the process to me. He introduced me to Alex, who also made a great in impression. There was no pressure to use their service and they recommended that I look at their reviews before making a decision. They explained that if I decided to use them they would take good care of me from start to finish. Victoria helped me check in my car and got everything set up quickly in their comfortable showroom. They consistently communicated with my insurance company and let me know what was going on. I made a mistake dealing with my insurance company as well as the insurance making a mistake in payments. Nicole would call to keep me updated on the progress. They were very patient, even with my mistake. They did an amazing job on my car repairs and it looks phenomenal. I met with David, Alex and Nicole at the end to make sure I was happy with the results. On top of the incredible job they did with repairs, they also did a beautiful job detailing my car inside and out! When I went to pick up my car, I barely recognized it at first because it looked brand new. They shampooed the carpets, cleaned every inch of the interior, as well as, washed, waxed, and detailed the exterior including the rims, headlights and even the engine. The whole team at NSAC was kind, friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them and go back in the future. Thank you so much NSAC!

I can't say enough good things about North Shore Auto Collision! Besides doing phenomenal work, they were kind, considerate, personable, and professional. This was my first accident in 32 years of driving and I was completely overwhelmed and sad. I have so many good memories with this car in the 15 years I've had it, that I wanted to try and save it. They did the impossible, taking my budget into consideration, and giving me an incredible rate. My car looks like new again, inside and out! Here's some before and after photos.
