Amazing detail job done by Lance at Palermo’s Auto Works! It is nice when a shop has attention to detail of something that is important or special to you. Even the little things are managed which to me makes all the difference. There hasn’t been a vehicle yet I brought here that I haven’t been happy with and I’ve been going here for years. Very straightforward approach to your needs. Nice place.

I took my 2018 Chevy Impala LT here after hitting a deer i had a quote from another company with a waiting period of up to 4-6 weeks before the car could be taken in so I called here and William meet with me right away and we settled on a price which was cheaper than the other company. William keep me in the loop if more or less parts were needed and ultimately got it done within 2 weeks and it looks amazing Definitely recommend this place.

William was professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled everything quickly. The quality of their work is outstanding! My truck looks brand new again, and you’d never know it had been in an accident. I highly recommend them!

Incredible experience with this team! My wife's vehicle was damaged in a parking lot. Since this was unfamiliar territory we didn't know who to call/trust. Our experience working with Amy and the team at Palermo's was just awesome! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! They made not only the outside of our car look brand new but they detailed the inside which we were not expecting at all. They worked with the contact from the other insurance company and everything worked out flawlessly. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them in the future if need be! Thank you guys!
