My wife and I have going to the Brake Clinic for almost a decade. They're locally owned and they do great work. Things we like: - Appointment availability - Affordable prices - They give us aheads up when there are beginning signs of wear so we can prepare for the expense. - Whenever there's an immediate issue, they give us a list of repair options--including fixes or purchases we could do on our own to save money (for the smaller things, anyway). - They have a dedicated text line so we can make appointments, get notifications when service is complete, etc. without having to make a phone call (which we have found to be less common in smaller, independently owned shops). - They are genuinely good people and know us by name, which is way better than being a customer ID in a queue. Highly recommend.

Tony is an absolute gem. I called him to do a comp quote on a brake job that I received from the dealership. He did the quote in under an hour, beat the dealer by 400$ and got the car in on Monday. Job was done correctly, quickly and Tony is as responsive and honest as anyone that I've ever dealt with. He earned my business, now and in the future.
