Gates Towing - Service & Fleet

My son's vehicle needed to be towed to the repair shop. Pedro Ortiz was our tow guy who display excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and most of all kind with a great and friendly attitude. It was a pleasure to have Pedro towed my son's vehicle. Pedro called and asked specific details on what we needed and confirmed the information. After following through with instructions given Pedro followed up with a text message that included a picture of the vehicle at the drop off location. Thank you Pedro Ortiz for all that you do. When you got a tow on the way, it's usually not the best day, but when I received the call from Pedro Ortiz - negativity left on the curb and nothing but smiles to the toe location. Pedro picked up myself and my down vehicle from Pottsford and got me to Canandaigua safely, comfortably and with nothing but smiles. Besides a great employee - you e got a great human on your team that cares about people. I've only been towed twice in my life and my ride in "Ruby" was 1st class. I don't believe my first town was with Gates towing, nor do I know anyone in this business personally but Pedro treated me like a friend in need. Thanks! Sincerely!!

Porsche has contracted Gates Towing Inc for their flat bed towing. Unfortunately i've had to use their services twice. One for a blown tire in the middle of the night and the second time to tow my car from home. They operators were professional and communicated well. They took their time loading my Porsche onto the flatbed. Hoping they do that with all cars, but Pedro the operator made me feel good about leaving the car in their hands. I wouldn't hesitate to use their towing services again, but hoping I won't have to again anytime soon. Shout out again to Pedro who took good care of my car.

Pedro Ortiz helped me with my towing. He is very knowledgeable about cars and took care of it while getting it onto the bed. The truck he used was great for my lowered car and he uses straps that protect the wheels as well. He was great to talk to on my ride to the service center and even provided snacks as well. If I ever needed a tow again I know who to call!

Pedro was so polite, concerned, and helpful! He towed our fleet car within an hour of me calling for assistance, was able to maneuver it out of a tight parking spot, and provided details of the next steps, including a photo of the car safely at the service station. Tim was able to handle all the details with the fleet management company, diagnosed the issue quickly, and luckily had the part in stock to get our driver back on the road with 24 hours! So pleased with how this worked out - thank you!
