If I could put a zero it would zero. 2x I've scheduled oil changes at the Newburgh location. Get that? Two separate times SCHEDULING an oil change, Only for them not to do it. To top it off, I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:30 appointment, only to be told an hour later that they couldn't do my oil change. Then I asked, since you guys can't do my oil change could you atleast install my new tires. I got a resounding no, while watching someone else's tires being put on. 100000 percent the worst service I've ever seen. You're better off going to YouTube and doing the work yourself.

I made an appointment to get an oil change for my VW - which I’ve successfully done several times at the middletown location. I pull into Newburgh and they say “we probably can’t do vws or bmws because we don’t have the parts. Also we don’t carry the oil so you’d have to buy it off the shelf and bring it to us.” Ultimately they couldn’t do it anyway. Why would I even be able to make the appointment for the vehicle if you can’t do the service? What a waste of time.

Ordered snow tires, scheduled installation. Day before scheduled installation they called, told me to reschedule. I did (they couldn't do the reschedule on the phone). A few days later, got email, "order cancelled." They do not pick up phone at this location, so calling doesn't work. Only way to talk to someone is calling Walmart main help line, who are no help. I was counting on getting these snow tires installed before winter, very disappointed that they dropped the ball. Will now do what I should have done in the first place, order online from Tire Warehouse, have them sent to my local garage. Prices are lower at TW as well.

This Walmart did an excellent job with my new tire (better than some car dealerships I’ve been to). Everyone was professional especially the person who changed my tire. I think his name is Leroy or Angel according to the receipt.

I booked a Saturday appointment online to get my tires changed. I drove 40 minutes to the store, only to be told by the technicians that they don’t service Teslas because they’re “too much of a liability.” The website allowed me to book a Tesla appointment with no issues. When I went to the front desk, I was told something completely different — that they do service Teslas, but my time slot wasn’t valid because the shop is closed at that hour and someone should have called to cancel. I spoke with the manager, who repeated that someone should have contacted me and also stated they don’t service Teslas. So every person I spoke to had a different explanation. Total lack of communication and consistency. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
