Automotive Audio is the best. Clay (the owner) is friendly, helpful and most importantly, honest as the day is long. He charges what he charges but never rips you off. He's a good man and a staple in the Newburgh community. I've been coming here for close to 20 years and I've always been very happy with their work. If there's a negative comment about him, ignore it. It's bologna. This is truly the place to come to for straightforward, precise, and excellent work.

Needless to say… Honest review and I felt the Pros and Cons as a first time customer should be shared: Issue presented with: front and rear aftermarket cameras, not working. Pros: Seemed friendly and transparent when I called prior to taking my vehicle in, although it took me a few questions to finally get an answer to how much is the diagnostic fee, which was $68. After taking the vehicle in, I was provided with photos of the issues throughout the vehicle being seen. The transparency of this was much appreciated. Cons: at the end of the day I left paying $70, dropping off the vehicle the entire day, spending an hour round trip and none of my issues resolved in addition to my dash panel being cracked, which was advised at drop off that this may occur (as its an older vehicle and plastic integrity deteriorates over time) and to please be careful. They did take accountability of it at pick up.. ‘yeah, we did that’… but may have been a nice gesture to take off a few bucks for doing so. Anyway, I was given a separate estimate of actually getting my front and rear cameras fixed, which was nearly $350. That’s just well-overpriced IMO at the same time understand a business has its pricing, as I also shared with them at drop off that I do not want to be spending hundreds of dollars just to get two cameras fixed, when I only paid $200 for the entire system plus the cameras for initial installation. Bottom line, good customer service, but pricey.

Clay was very helpful and he installed a new rear-view camera for me and it's wonderful. I feel very confident now backing up. I highly recommend him.

Clay and his crew are great. Had some unexpected issues and they handled them with no problem. Clay even gave me a light for free that I didn't know I needed. He said he "didn't want me to have any problems".

I've used Automotive Audio & Snow Equipment for 3 plow and sander installs. They were great to work with. Highly recommend.
