I don't know who the woman at the reception desk was, but she was extremely rude during my phone call. I called to make an appointment to have two tires replaced. When I asked about scheduling, she told me, "When you get the tires, then we can make an appointment." I tried to explain that I wanted the tires shipped directly to their location, but before fully listening to my question, she responded, "We're going to do it at our convenience, not yours." When I clarified that I was simply asking whether I could have the tires delivered there, her tone completely changed and she replied, "Oh yeah, of course." The entire interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. A customer should not be spoken to that way, especially before the employee fully understands the question being asked. I've recommended this business to many people in the past, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated on that call, I can no longer recommend this business to others

The staff came across as dismissive and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. Instead of helping, they acted like they didn’t want to deal with me at all. The environment felt very outdated and cliquey — like if you’re not part of their “old boys” crowd, you’re not taken seriously. As someone from the Indian community, I genuinely felt uncomfortable with how I was treated. Customer service should be respectful to everyone, and that just wasn’t the case here. What should have been a quick, straightforward service visit felt sketchy and unprofessional. The shop itself looks run-down, and the lack of transparency with the work being done on the bike didn’t inspire confidence. When you’re leaving your motorcycle with a shop, you should feel like you can trust them — and I definitely didn’t get that feeling here. Overall, I would not recommend bringing your bike here. There are plenty of other shops that actually value their customers and treat them with respect. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere more professional. 👎🏽

My first experience with this shop was bad will not be a returning customer. On 4/20/22. I called M&D Mario answered the phone, i asked him if he was able to install two new tires on my existing rim with new tube rim strips, and balance all the parts I purchased from Dunlop and Drag Specialties prior. I have a 2011 heritage Softail classic with a spoke wheel he said yes, so I dropped off both wheels and was told to come back in 1.5 hrs. I came back at 1:30 pm as he suggested. when I walked into the shop the tires and rims were sitting at the front door by the entrance it looked good on the rim. I paid him his asking price and gave him a tip. when I got home called my uncle over to help me install the rims on the bike. I checked the back tire and the pressure was good, the front tire had 0-psi i tried putting air in the tire but it was not taking air and the air was leaking out by the spoke. I called Mario on 4/22/24. and told him that the tire had no air and kept leaking out, he then told me that the tubes I bought were cheap these are (Drag specialty heavy-duty tubes for Harley). he then told me to bring the tire over and that he would change the tube when he has time this made me mad. I then took the tire to the Harley dealer where I had them replace the tube and they gave me the tube removed from the tire. it was the tube I bought but with a big hole in it as you can see in the picture. and was told that this happened during installation. I did tell Mario that I was scheduled to go on a ride the following day but he did not care he gave me a rim back incomplete and did not balance the tires. now I have to take the rear tire to the dealer to get balanced. this is very poor customer service I will not be going back to this place. He calls the parts I bought cheap but when you walk into his shop. he has a Drag Specialties floor mat, a Drag Specialties banner on the wall, and Drag Specialties parts for sale in the display showcase. and he has the nerve to say i bought cheap parts (Drag Specialties Heavy Duty Tubes and Rim Strips).

Mario is an ace mechanic who does right by his customers. I trust his work, and he delivers what he promises at a fair price.

JR Took care of me. But more importantly, he took care of my vintage Honda Café racer. He knew what he was doing, kept me informed and the bike’s riding great.
