All I can say is excellent. So, if that's all the information you need log out and make an appointment. Borus and crew were very professional and trustworthy. The cost for the transmission repair on my 2013 Tahoe was reasonable and completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this shop for your transmission repairs.
View on GoogleFound Borris thru Google and very happy that I did. Had my transmission fixed faster than I expected with no problems Great customer service. I intend to take my other car to him for different work.
View on GoogleI had my engine serviced here and was pleased with the service! Boris kept me informed with what was going on with my car. He was kind a super professional and the work was reasonably price! I highly recommend!
View on GoogleI can proudly say Andersen Transmission will do their best to rectify whatever that problem is and fix it. Their customers being honored is very important to them. I had a transmission problem and I can honestly say the Boss did his best to keep me informed of the situation and fix it in a prompt timely manner.
View on GoogleI have a Ford Transit Custom Van. At 80,000 miles I started getting a warning light Service Transmission along with Hill Start and Check Engine light. I had a local repair shop try to service this to no avail. I found Anderson Transmission Service located in Elmont,NY I immediately called the shop and had the pleasure to speak to Boris who was professional, courteous and patient to hear my claim. He asked me to come in asap for a diagnostic on the Van. Once there he did his magic and was able to analyze the transmissions needs. He actually had such an incredible inventory on the premises and even showed me the parts that were to be needed. He took the Van right there gave me a more than adequate price and said I would have the truck back the following afternoon. He was timely, efficient and very welcoming. He had his Master teacher present which I didn’t catch his name but together they were a great team. Nevertheless the Van is running well the transmission is smooth and those annoying warning lights are no longer present. The important note here is if your servicing a transmission go to a transmission specialist not the dealer or a local repair shop. This place is quality, professional and reasonable plus the parts are OEM. Thanks again and wish you the continued success
