Computerized Mercedes Repairs

I had been intending to write a review since my experience there yesterday 2/24/26. The visit went well although I was surprised they were finished that quick with the Service B I went in for. Now in less than 24hrs the very next day my battery light came on. I contacted the shop and was told they did not check the battery. They only check it if the light is on. I guess I was wrong to assume with the service they performed yesterday that the battery would’ve been checked or at least inspected as an overall wellness of the car. And mind you, I’ve NEVER had batteries issues and I’m not convinced that coincidentally it came up less than 24hrs after my visit. To make this short, I was disappointed in how the lady spoke with no concern or empathy it was as if she didn’t care. I was expecting at least that much or even to say bring it let’s look at it - at a cost or whatever. She offered NOTHING and that says a lot. The gentlemen that I met yesterday was nice, I’m not sure if he’s the owner. Now THIS engine light below
