I just want to start by saying that I have spent thousands of dollars here at GTS motors. Countless times they charged me hundreds of dollars to fix an issue they never fixed, for example I was charged over $500 for my rear sunshade to be fixed, when I had received the vehicle they did not want to acknowledge the fact that they had completely broken off the trim from the track. My car has returned with scratches multiple times, roof, rims, and sides of my vehicle. They have charged me over $300 to do paint my door to which it did not even match factory color and it was obvious they used very cheap dollar store paint. Sergio will ignore you when you try to speak to him or address any sort of issues while the lady at front desk covers for all of his mistakes. VERY VERY dishonest business I WILL NEVER return here again. Their prices are competitive with bmw service prices and I would much rather be at the dealership paying these stealership prices. I was charged $400 for my rims to be cleaned and painted when they clearly used very cheap paint and then play stupid. I also asked for a transmission service to which they decided to do a oil change on my engine unauthorized when I had just received a oil change service from bmw dealership. They do not value your dollar and do not care about your vehicle, just a cash grab at every opportunity. NEVER AGAIN.

Had a great experience at GTS Motorsports. They were friendly, honest, and answered all of my questions. I’d definitely recommend checking them out!

They do good work. I have brought 3 of my cars(BMW) and I'm very pleased. Sergio, the owner, Danny, head mechanic and Pedro are all very polite and knowledgeable. Will continue to bring my cars for service here!

Had my car for 2 months for a crank no start . I had to call and ask if they fixed my car and to find out the car is just sitting in the same spot I towed it to. He told me if he’s going to spend time on the car it’s going to take him some time and would cost me $500 dollars and it not for sure he could get it to start . He Complains about it been stuff changed on it but all I changed was the battery ,starter , oil separator never would bring my car here again first and last time they’ll get service
