Had a great experience with this shop. My car needed a lot of work, including both fenders, the bumper, hood, doors, mirrors, tires, and rims. From the start, they were professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything easy. The quality of the repair was excellent. The paint match is perfect, panels and body lines look great, and the rims look new. Looking at the car now, you’d never notice where the damage was. Truly phenomenal attention to detail. The car looks frankly better than it did before the accident, and I’m very happy with the result. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality body work and collision repair.

I had a great experience working with Syed at this auto body shop. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Syed kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. The work was done efficiently & when I got my car back, it looked amazing like nothing had ever happened. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations and my car was returned in excellent condition. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Syed and his team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto body work.

Syed came to my rescue the second day of school when I got clipped by someone on my way to work (I am a teacher). He even helped set up my rental and helped with calling my insurance company! I just got my car back and it looks BRAND NEW & AMAZING!! A few hours after I got my car back I noticed some of the sensor lights were going off, I let him know and when Volkswagen wanted to charge me $200+ to look at my sensor issues and wait around for 2 hours.. Syed told me to come back with the car and he fixed for me immediately.. So happy that my car feels brand new and given a second life! Thank you so so so much Global Auto!
