My son brought the car in for screw in middle of tread on tire. They said it needs patch and plug( usually it one or the other). When they went to repair tire with less then 4,000 miles on it they told him that the beadwas bad. How when tire was put on by tire distributor and was never removed prior. I think the tech messed up removing tire and didn't want to admit he messed up. They then had him buy a good year tire when the car calls for continent and the other brand new tires were that brand. They took advantage of young inexperienced driver. Very poor customer service and advise to stay clear of them

These guys will try to sell you parts you don’t need. I brought a wheel in off my wife’s car to have them patch the tire since I don’t have a tire machine at home and they wouldn’t do it because “they didn’t like where the hole was” (About 1.5 inches from center, plenty far enough from the sidewall) and tried selling me a tire. I’m a tech at a Chevy dealer I just didn't want her to drive on the spare if she didn’t have to and it was after my shop was closed. The tire was perfectly fine they just wanted to sell me a tire. (Would’ve been a set of 4 to keep the tread wear even.) I ended up breaking the tire down by hand and patched it myself. Lo and behold it’s perfectly fine. Take it from an auto technician who caught them in the act. These guys will try and scam you by selling you parts. These are the kinds of things that give auto shops a bad rep. Spend a little more and take your car to a trusted mom and pop shop with a good reputation. They’ll do you right.

I had an absolutely horrible and unacceptable experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center. I came in for a simple oil change, and they not only failed to reset the warning light on my dashboard, but they also didn’t even bother to properly close and secure the undercarriage cover, leaving it hanging open and dragging on the ground all day, making extremely loud noise and putting my car in real danger of damage. This level of carelessness is shocking, completely unprofessional, and shows that the technicians working there have no basic skills, no attention to detail, and no respect for customers or their vehicles. I am extremely disappointed and furious with the kind of “service” I received, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this place

Failed to replace my valve stem for the second time this year. First time was in May so I had to constantly top up the air in my tire a few times a week. Tire didnt last 6 months. Failed to replace my valve stem when they said they did and lied to my face a few weeks ago also. Take pictures of your old valve stems and compare with the "new" ones after they change your tires. Or take your car somewhere where they don't lie to you.
