Better off just staying stuck. Tell me to find somebody with a tractor. And as per your comment nobody even showed up to look, Cooper had me out in 10 minutes 1 hour after I called.

We had a tire blow out, (disintegrate!) on our way home from camping, on our 30’ 6000lb travel trailer. We pulled off on the side of Route 36N, on a very busy stretch of the road! B&W Towing to Rescue! Their dispatch, very nice person, sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she was awesome! She told me they’d be there in about 45 minutes which was basically the travel time from their shop. The technician arrived, Zach, asked if everyone was okay, made sure things were safe and promptly and professionally changed our tire, and double checked the pressure on all of the rest of the tires! He made it look so easy! I’m am so pleased with the service from this company from dispatch to the actual service they went above and beyond to get us back on the road and make sure we were safe! ( We had received a tornado warning, and she said we will do everything in our power to get you back on the road to home before the storm!) Thank you for great service! I was in a car accident, shaken and upset, I was not thinking clearly. The Tow Driver just gave me their business card and said they opened on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. I find out on Monday that they charge a storage fee per day!! Since the accident happened on a Saturday I had no choice in the matter. I should have had the car towed to a body shop where there's no storage fee, but again I was just in major accident!! .. It feels like a scam to me if they don't give you the options and don't disclose the fee.. taking advantage of people who have just had their lives on the line seems pretty cruel and should be illegal! The clerk at the front desk said she would notify the owner who apparently makes the rules on what the drivers are to disclose. Terrible business directing in my opinion. This is how you serve your community?

It’s super difficult to tow lowered vehicles and this man made it look easy! He didn’t scrape a single part on my car which is rather impressive given the car is 2 inches off the ground.

We were stranded on the side of the road when our leaf spring broken on our camper. First place we called recommended B&W. They came out the next morning early and got us back on the road before noon with two new leaf springs and two new tires. Super nice and very efficient at a nice price.
