I chose this location because we've had great service in the past. We had an appointment for a state inspection booked. No one informed us it would be a significant wait time. After an hour I asked for a timeline and was simply told we would be next. We wound up leaving after another half hour before getting service as they had not even come to get the vehicle. Do not recommend unless you want to spend half your day at the shop.
View on GoogleWell everyone was very polite or quiet. Checking in was fast. Job done well was informed on everything . Don't remember how long I was there for but seemed reasonable. Waiting area felt like I was back in the early 90s but ac working and floors weren't sticky or dirty. I look forward to going back next oil change.

They were able to tell me some potential things that were wrong with first based off what I told them, and then gave me a code check and figured out potential problems fast! They were so nice to me and helpful, and I love that Firestone really cares about their customers
View on GoogleI was traveling- stayed the night in town- in the morning my power steering didn’t work. I wasn’t sure what my move was - it being a Sunday morning and 4°- and I looked at the map. Found these guys were open and had a review from someone else in a similar situation traveling. I came in and the young men working got me right in, assessed and fixed the problem very quickly! And they didn’t even charge me! Thanks be to God! And thanks to the fine young men at Firestone in Painted Post!
