Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Absolutely amazing service! Helped me with my flat tire FREE of charged even though I had to pull in LAST minute and with little idea what else to do or where to go- not much more than 5 bucks in my pocket- and a grocery delivery order in my trunk. In a tight spot they helped me get back on the road fast and were so helpful! Highly recommend and shoutout to the manager Patrick- He was absolutley amazing! Gave great advice and tips too for the spare tire he helped put on for me.

I went here because I had a coupon for an oil change. They checked my tire pressure and said we filled them to 35 psi. I said they are 38 psi- he said we can redo it no problem. After I’d paid he said very nonchalantly that I may get the tire pressure sensor because my valve stem was corroded and a little broken off. I got my car washed and needed gas, as I’m pumping my gas, I realize the tire is almost entirely flat. Knowing they have no means of fixing tires I drove to Firestone immediately. As I took the cap off, I realized Valvoline has broken my valve stamp almost completely off, then put the cap back on so it was bleeding air. Luckily Firestone fixed it. I’m not mad that the valve stem was broken, I’m more mad at the fact my daughters car seat is visible so I’m clearly driving a child around, and this guy had zero sense of urgency for me to get to a tire shop and get it fixed. He let me drive out of there and potentially drive into a dangerous situation for myself, my daughter, or any other motorist on the road. Lastly, if they broke it and I’m 99% sure they did- just say so! I got the vibe that they were acting weird and I was not happy my light was still on when that’s a service offered with the oil change. I will never return to this location ever again, based on principle. Patrick smiled in my face and waved me off, and it could have been a much worse situation if I weren’t observant and had common sense. If I could give them 0 stars, or negative five stars I would. They wasted an additional hour of my afternoon and the money I was out to fix the damage they had done. Completely unacceptable.

Patrick the manager is the best I’ve had when getting any work done with my car always extremely friendly and willing to help if he can do it he will! The team is great Patrick is the star person here everytime I’ve came he’s the one I talk to and he’s the one that does the work well guy deserves a raise and all the appreciation he can get thank you Patrick and the team!

New AI System not so great my wife and I wanted to ensure they were prepared and had filter...etc..When we finally reached a human it was not at target store..Once we arrived luckily store did have required parts to perform the oil change. Overall customer service was sloppy, almost put the wrong oil in but I caught the issue. On the electronics side did not have proper procedure to reset service interval. Our car has a dipstick which they never checked. Before leaving we checked at it was a full quart low. Would not recommend.
