I purchased a pristine corvette in the spring of 2026. The process was highly professional. The car developed a coolant problem. I called the dealership spoke with service manager Joe. He told me to bring the car in for a diagnostic check the same day. It was diagnosed and repaired the same day under warranty. While we waited they recommended and chauffeured us to snd from a place for lunch. When we returned the car was repaired and ready. I highly recommend the dealership for purchasing and very satisfying service . I would definitely do repeat business.

truck that was sold with a sidewall plug. Illegally passed inspection. I am considering legal action to resolve this matter, as only one tire was offered as a replacement, despite three being in poor condition. It is generally understood that when replacing tires on a 4x4 vehicle, all tires should be replaced. It is unfortunate that they were unable to provide satisfactory customer service. To bad sales rep stops responding after purchase. They got the money no care left. General Manager never responded Reply to your comment. To bad it wasnt and yes verry concerning and should have never even happened but here I am putting 800 in tires on that hopefully will be reimbursed but highly doubt it being you couldn't make it right to begin with

We just traded in a Kia Soul that we bought at Carriage Traders over 5 yrs ago at Romeo Auto Outlet. It was the best car experience we ever had. We saw a Mazda CX5, loaded and mint condition with 113k. It was just reduced $1k. We drove it, loved it. Made a deal within the hr, came back next day with the cash down payment and drove it home. If you go there, ask for Steven Ball. He is very personable and will get financing no matter your credit history. He's the best!

Great, reliable, fast customer service! I needed to get my passenger side mirror replaced and I also wanted to have my brake pads checked out. Both Ron and Matt were quick to help! I was able to get my car in within the same week of calling. Ron was able to get my mirror part in within 1 day, and also gave me a quote prior to that. Matt was honest and transparent after checking my car that my brake pads did not need to be replaced! Overall very happy with the team at Carriage Traders and would absolutely go back there again.
