As we are doing the speed limit coming down the road of fortedward road this lovely employee decides he was to raise his tow hook up like he is about to send it into my window (ps my 12 year old daughter would have been hit if that was the case) when calling the company to explain what just happened whoever answered the phone basically called me a lair and said nothing would be done mind you the tow truck was on a decent size bend no cones “they aren’t required” he states all I got to say is good

Very honest. I went for a simple inspection. Was honest that my car was not ready to pass. Told me what I had to do so I could pass. I did as asked and it cost me nothing I brought it back and guess what...... It passed no problem. Thank you guys I will be back for any repairs I can't do myself.

B&R top notch people.. always willing to help if possible.. stopped by this morning to see the chances of getting front rotors and brakes put on my car because it was beyond metal to metal..took car right in ,no appointment and got it done quickly..if I could rate them a 10 I would.
