uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

We made a claim through Asurion & were directed to this local establishment for repairs. DO NOT GO HERE! They will keep your device for months with little to no contact and try to give you back broken electronics. After having this experience we need to let people know what to do so this doesn’t happen to you. The owner of this establishment Andrew is beyond un professional. He’s knowingly running a repair shop where he said “I would be out of business if it weren’t for asurion leads” GUESS WHAT? We were given back our computer broken and the lies just never stopped spewing out of his mouth. Time to get Asurion to stop letting these places hold our electronics hostage. The send in program took less than 48 hours and that is what we paid for in store. This repair has gone from 4/6-5/11 and the repair was not complete even though they said it was. Upon arrival to pick up my fixed computer, an employee shows me that my computer is still broken after having it for 5 weeks. Asks me if I’m ok with that? No. So I ask for a manager. The owner walks out and starts talking to me about the situation. Says the part is on order but Asurion might not cover the aesthetics (they are covered and he ordered the part for it). So he shows me when it’s supposed to be there & Andrew claimed the shop called to let me know it was fixed (we got no call and it was not all the way repaired). He couldn’t verify that they called when they went in the back to ask employees. He says they were trying to help me out by giving me the computer and I could come back for the finishing repair once the part is delivered. Then he claimed he never called me personally and I was in shock… seeing as though he called from 3 different numbers AND left a Voicemail and so I show him he did… his response, “ couldn’t of been him because he doesn’t even know of 3 numbers to call from” (come on bud no one believes THAT). So I tell him: YOU LEFT A VOICEMAIL with your name and contact info on April 11th & I have screenshots of all the numbers you called from that day like a psychopath. He then admits to calling that day. What owner blows a customer up from 3 different numbers after Asurion escalates a repair... this guy. Here is what I found out. YOU ARE NOT FORCED TO go to these shops for repairs. They are partnered with Asurion, sure, but after having this experience and telling my agent what happened, I am now able to send it in to Asurion where I will get the customer service I expect. No where in the agreement of adding this home protection did it state we had to do business with U break I fix, just the agent. If you get this suggestion in the future I HIGHLY SUGGEST you decline doing business with this establishment. This ended with me being shown the door after saying let’s cut the bullshit, stop the lies, I’ll just come back on the 15th to get the repair completed. Andrew says, “you know what, I’m just gonna refuse your business.” So I left and let Asurion know what they did. My manager Preston from Asurion put in a formal complaint about this establishment, escalated my claim 2x for me and got ignored by this shop, all because lil Andrew couldn’t stop lying and formally apologize like a man. Andrew you never had my business… you had Asurions… and good luck to you keeping it… you had plenty of opportunities to handle this situation with care. You failed.

I brought my phone in on a Friday to get repaired and I was told it Wouldn’t be done in time and I Would have to pick it up on Monday. I asked if there was anything they could do to get it fixed and back to me the same day, They ended up getting it Fixed and back to me after hours. Great customer service

Best repair experience of my life. Super nice and helpful on the phone and in person. Had a claim issue and they were able to figure it out and fix my phone in

Great local shop with local owners!! They were so helpful fixing my Samsung phone and provided us with a ton of information. They are able to fix so many products, I didn't realize. Will definitely use them again in the future.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL OF THIS I WILL SAY THAT IF IT WAS'NT FOR UBREAKIFIX MY PHONE WOULD OF NEVER GOT FIXED. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL OF YOU THAT HELPED ME. AS FAR AS VERIZON GOES I THINK THEY NEED TO DO BETTER ON EVERY PART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, ADANCED CHANGED, TO MAKE THIS A LITTLE EASIER FOR CUSTOMERS. NOT IMPRESSED WITH VERIZON! BUT I DO VERY MUCH RECOMMEND UBREAKIFIX- GREAT GUYS!
