I walked in with a nail in my tire. They took care of me immediately. They were so pleasant and helpful. I had a nice time in the waiting room drinking coffee and chatting with another woman there with the same issue. It's so nice to find a place you feel comfortable as a woman and not ripped off. It only cost $5 for the fixing of my tire. Cheaper than a fancy coffee!

I had a nail in one of my tires. Dunn Tire fixed the problem in no time at all. And might I add they did an excellent job WITHOUT charging me a penny 👍 😃. Plus, their waiting room is very clean with a tv to watch & delicious coffee to enjoy while you wait...which isn't very long at all. The staff was very nice, polite & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Dunn Tire to anyone needing automotive service. It's truly service with a smile 😃 THANK YOU DUNN TIRE ❤️

I purchased snow tires last year here. I kept getting a TPS. I took my car in and in less than 30 minutes, they tested all my tires, replaced two valves and it cost me nothing. As usual, they were helpful, very personable and excellent at what they do. Love this place and their work.

Dunn Tire is ALWAYS courteous and friendly. I have never had a bad experience. Having car troubles is one of the single most frustrating things that I have experienced throughout my life. Dunn is not overpriced and is always very understanding and accommodating to me. Kimberly was able to get me right in and help me out when I thought I made an online appointment but it never went through. I was still in and out in less than 30 minutes for a tire change and alignment. Thanks again Kimberly and her great staff!! I recommend Dunn to anyone in Camillus!

Tjis locsyion is horrible. I went to your Mattydale location on 4/6/26 after checking their hours on line only to find out that location was closed at the end of March. I made an appointment for the rotation at your East Syracuse location. I was there 30 minutes when your attendant tells me my good tires were already on the rear. I asked them to do the rotation. Funny my inspection 1 week prior made no mention of my tires being bad or in need of replacement. I even mentioned to your store manager about Mattydale still on line. Not only was he rude to me, he was on the phone while doing it. He told me he didn't have anything to do with online information. I'm disappointed your E Syracuse office had good reviews, but my experience and the lady ahead of me did not. She waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a tire fixed and had to come back the next day to get a new one put on. What ever happened to customer service. I was there because I bought my tires there. I won't be back for a free rotation or tires. I prefer to give my business elsewhere.
