They repaired my 2023 BMW X5 in March 2025. I don’t like to leave reviews immediately, following the work being completed as I like to leave time to really be able to provide a realistic review. So it is a year later, March 2026. Although it took over a month to complete the work, I was very pleased with the work performed. When I received the car back from being repaired, it was in perfect condition. There were no electrical or computer faults. The real test is to determine how the vehicle is a year later and I can tell you that there have been no issues with the vehicle over the last year.

Poor workmanship, I feel they severely over charged. They put in a 5 star review in my name on their website. When I finally got my car back the panel gaps were AWFUL. Have to send my car into another body shop to fix these panel gaps. Here is the before and after as well as the damaged that they were fixing.

Incredible customer service and wonderful work on the body of my car. They helped me problem solve an EV key card problem by contacting the car company, kept me informed every step of the way, and arranged a rental car pick up and drop off right at their shop. And - my car looks brand new!

I decided to try Tony Rotella’s this year for my inspection and I’m so glad I did! My car needed some minor work, for which the part needed to be delivered by Honda. I was sent home initially since the part couldn’t come right away, and thanked multiple times for my patience. I was contacted promptly when the part arrived, my schedule was accommodated, and once it was finished, I felt that I paid a very fair price not only for the part & labor, but because of the sheer kindness and relaxed attitude I encountered. Very professional! They kept us regularly informed of the progress of the repairs. Our van was completed sooner than expected, repaired and looking like new. The next day a sensor light came on and they had us bring it strait in knowing we were going out of town the next day. Again, all the employees we encountered were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Tony Rotella's Body Shop!
