My experience with safelite was great. They went above my expectations. A worker named alexander replaced/installed my new front windsheild in 30 minutes, he also gave me a new inspection sticker. He also went above and beyond for putting in a new cabin air filter for me. My booking experience went very smoothly it send me an email to hold my spot for an extra hour. Alexander called me 10 minutes before arriving letting me know he was on the way. I would definitely use safelite again and would most definitely recommend them. I spent 400$ total for a new front windsheild and a cabin air filter.

Had my vehicle windshield fixed a year ago, the chip they filled split within a month, the split grew larger over winter, paying for a full windshield replacement today, at my own expense, less than a year later. Would not recommend. Pictured is the chip they filled, that cracked further.

They are great people to deal with. The first 2 windshields were delivered to them damaged so they took some money off the bill for having to reschedule the appointment each time. The technician who was able to finally install the 3rd undamaged windshield was professional and had it complete in around a hour. Highly recommend them.

Easy to schedule appointment online. Tech called and said he was running early and able to come to the other location I was currently even though it was not what I had listed for service. Worked quickly and efficiently, explained the process and what to do next. Prepaid online so no paper work or anything. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone!
